Oil separators with V300 stripper, without PE bypass from 3 to 10 l / s - 5 mg / l

A hydrocarbon separator is intended to separate and store the free hydrocarbons contained in the runoff. The scrubber part of the device makes it possible to trap suspended matter (sands, gravel ...).

These bypass-free hydrocarbon separators equipped with a V300 scrubber are ideally suited for treating water coming from washing sites for construction vehicles, construction machinery, agricultural machinery and trucks.

The oil level alarm is mandatory as additional equipment unless special permission from local authorities.
The operation of the hydrocarbon separator is based on the difference-in-density separation of the insoluble pollutants contained in the runoff.
The dewatering compartment allows the settling and trapping of suspended matter (> 200μm).
The coalescence system thanks to its large specific surface makes it possible to amalgamate the free hydrocarbons by favoring their collision. The hydrocarbons then rise to the surface.
The shutter system avoids any risk of release of hydrocarbons.

Periodically ensure that ventilation is not obstructed.
The emptying frequency must be adapted to the volumes of sludge and hydrocarbons intercepted.
It is recommended to empty the device when the sludge reaches 50% of the sludge's useful volume or if the hydrocarbons occupy 80% of the separation capacity of the separator (see NF P16-442)
Take advantage of emptying to clean the coalescence as well as the shutter system.
After each emptying, the appliance must be returned to water. It must also be checked that the shutter floats.
